Engineering

Heliservices, with its fully-certificated technical staff, is equipped to do all its own engineering and maintenance to the strictest aviation standards.

All our aircraft are rigorously serviced on a scheduled basis. Each machine is virtually rebuilt from scratch at intervals according to international requirements and we also undertake engineering and maintenance for other helicopter operators, both local and international.

In conjunction with our sister company Rotair, also a member of the Kadoorie Aviation Group, we provide servicing facilities for MD helicopters based in Hong Kong.

At our base in the New Territories our hangar and extensive workshop facilities include a fully-equipped Honeywell approved avionics workshop. This allows us to maintain, not only our own, but also other operators' communication and navigation equipment, including that of the local aviation club and various private operators. Our Engineers have multi-national licence coverage including Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA.

As a responsible operator working in an extremely busy aviation environment, we place safety and reliability at the very top of our list of priorities, making use of all the most modern equipment and facilities as they become available.

Heliservices' Engineering and Operations department was recently successfully audited by two major international clients prior to being contracted for work in mainland China.
