Bookings and Flight Information

You can make reservations for your flight either when you arrive in Hong Kong or before you set out on your journey here.

We are happy to take your reservations or supply information by telephone, fax, or email, but please see the note below regarding seating capacity and prices.

Payment and Pre-paid Vouchers

Payment can be made at the time of your flight in cash or by major credit card. After making an advance reservation, please re-confirm it with us 24 hours before your flight.

Pre-paid vouchers for all our standard flightseeing tours are also available at our head office, Suite 608, One Citygate, 20 Tat Tung Road, Tung Chung.

Outside operational hours, depending on the time of day in Hong Kong, telephone calls are either recorded or forwarded to the duty officer. Faxes and email messages received outside office hours are processed at opening of business on the next working day. See below for numbers. Our bookings office is manned on Sundays and public holidays.

If you are calling from abroad, remember that Hong Kong time is eight hours ahead of the world standard Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). The international telephone and fax code for Hong Kong is 852, preceded by your local international access code.

Special requirements

Our flight supervisor is always happy to give you any information and assistance you may require and to take orders for special facilities needed by commercial customers such as photographers and film makers.

Finding our heliport

Flights depart from the rooftop helipads of The Peninsula Hong Kong Hotel in Tsimshatsui, Kowloon.
